Adding comments
You can create a bank of comments for each subject and class. Building up a comment bank is the fastest way to complete your reports. You can also copy comments from other subjects, classes and years.

Personalise your comments
You can add a personal touch to each comment in your bank. If you type "[First]" into a comment it will automatically be substituted with the pupils first name.
Pronoun detection
ReportBox cleverly detects pronouns used in your comments and then switches them based on the pupils gender. For example substituting "him" for "her".
